2. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be given for issues related to the user’s internet connection or device incompatibility.
- Refunds are not issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If you fail to contact us within 48 hours of any service issue.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be given for the remaining period.
